What’s Included
VPS Hosting
Your site is hosted on Cloudways managed hosting, with Cloudways Advanced Support included as part of your maintenance plan.
If purchased directly from Cloudways, this level of support would normally cost $100/month, but it’s included for you at no extra cost.
Safe Monthly Updates
Every month, I update WordPress core, your theme, and your plugins to help keep your site secure, stable, and running properly.
Updates are tested in a staging environment first, so I can check for issues before anything changes on your live site. Once I’ve confirmed everything is working as expected, I carefully apply the updates to the live version of your website.
Backups and Recovery
I maintain regular backups of the site. If anything goes wrong, I restore the site immediately so downtime is kept to an absolute minimum.
Form Monitoring
If the site has enquiry or contact forms, I check that the SMTP delivery is working correctly so messages reliably reach the client’s inbox.
Premium Plugin and Theme Access
Clients on the maintenance plan get free access to the premium plugins I license through the agency, including Gravity Forms and Gravity Wiz.
Monthly Maintenance Report
Once a month, you receive a detailed report covering all the maintenance work carried out on the site.
This includes things like backups taken, forms tested, and any WordPress core, theme, or plugin updates applied — so you have full visibility of what’s being done behind the scenes each month.
