Get a free auditWe had engaged Michael Thomas for two projects involving technical processes of website migration and development/design.
For the initial project Michael worked with our Director of IT, Rick Albee, from our Massachusetts office and once the migration and updating work for www.westerncarriers.com was complete, he started work with me on the new www.westernwinevault.com site. The Wine Vault @ Western is our private wine collector storage and distribution company under the Western Carriers, Inc's umbrella of companies, a 3PL provider, in the wine industry.
Michael's extensive knowledge and seasoned skills were evident early on in the project. His guidance ensuring we followed “best practices” during the development stages was invaluable. The design of our new site met our criteria – clean, sophisticated and extremely user-friendly.
Being located in the UK, and us in the US, I was concerned about the communication and coordination between us given the time zone differences, but I could not be any happier with the timely and prompt replies to my queries. Most of all Michael was totally committed to completing our project on time and on budget.
